Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lancaster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
This project shall consist of the installation of a seamless fluid applied composite roofing system (Basis of Design is WeatherWeld -Liquiform Technologies) at the Library Building approximately 17,200 square feet and the Child Development Center approximately 12,000 square feet. The scope of work shall consist of the removal and vacuuming of the existing gravel roofs. Power wash and clean existing roofs. Install roofing system including reflective coating. All ancillary flashings and walk pads shall be included as part of the installation. New edge metal/gravel stop shall be installed and the existing coping and counter flashings shall be removed, stored and reinstalled once the roofing membrane has been completely installed.
