Annual Street, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Maintenance Repairs. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of A 1/4 % of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through portal and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), made payable to the Borough of Brookhaven, must accompany the proposal. The Borough of Brookhaven reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
