Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cleveland, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The White County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide transfer station floor repair services at the White County Solid Waste Transfer Station. White County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity. All questions concerning this RFP MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING, (email is preferred but fax and mail may also be used) to the Purchasing Assistant no later than 12:00PM, March 7, 2023. Misti Byrd, Purchasing/Accounting Assistant White County Board of Commissioners 1235 Helen Highway Cleveland, The White County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the demo and re-construction of the concrete tipping floor at the Transfer Station. The Transfer Station address is 670 Industrial Blvd. Cleveland, GA 30528. The Contractor will be responsible for tear-down and demo of the existing floor. Contractor will also be responsible for haul away of all debris and materials from tear down and construction. See attached Appendix D for details, specifications and requirements of the project. The White County Transfer Station will be closed on a Thursday through Sunday time-frame to complete the project. Project must be completed within this 4-day window. To allow for proper concrete curing temperatures and possible weather delays, project must be completed by August 1st , 2023.
