The Hagerstown Light Department ("HLD") is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) substation power transformer. The HLD may consider purchasing two (2) substation power transformers if there is a discount given, but the HLD shall not be bound to purchasing more than one (1) substation power transformer. Firms who are working with an ITB package from another source may have an incomplete set of documents. The City assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, or misinterpretation resulting from a company's use of an incomplete ITB package. Addendums will be posted to the City's website. Check the webpage for the particular proposal solicitation for any posted addendum(s).
