PROJECT LOCATION (location where the work is being done) Ortonville Shooting Range 5380 Sawmill Lake Rd, Ortonville, MI 48462 COUNTY Lapeer SCOPE OF WORK: The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to: remove and replace the existing concrete block shooting bench legs at the DNR's Ortonville Shooting Range facility with fabricated steel legs. This includes the removal and proper disposal of 62 concrete block bench legs to an offsite location and fabrication and installation of 62 replacement steel legs as specified herein at the Ortonville Shooting Range, Oakland County, Michigan. Bid Alternate #1: To be completed at the time of bid open otherwise bid may be rejected as being in complete The Base Proposal Sum is solicited and the amount is to be inserted by the Bidder in the blank space provided on the PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT form. The Base Proposal Sum shall cover all portions of Work, including all incidentals, for the satisfactory completion of the Scope of Work by the indicated Completion Date.
