Anoka County will be reconstructing CSAH 7 from TH-10 to Bunker Lake Blvd in 2021. The intersection of 38th Avenue and 7th Avenue will be reconstructed and the signal will be the city's responsibility. Reline the existing watermain under CSAH 7 from North Street to Grant Street. Reconstruct LS-08 loacted at the intersection of 7th Avenue and 38th Avenue. The lift station collects wastewater from an existing 36-inch trunk sewer line services Tract B, Rum River Nature Preserve area, Anoka High School and the neighborhood bounded between 38th Avenue and Bunker Lake Boulevard This project is in included in the City of Anoka FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of November 03, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
