On-Call Planning, Engineering, Design and Construction Management Services REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professionals to provide On-Call Planning, Engineering, Design and Construction Management Services on an on call basis over a three (3) year period, with the possibility of extending the contract term for two one-year extensions at SCTA s option. SCTA is the public transportation authority serving Berks and Lancaster Counties, Pennsylvania. All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the South Central Transit Authority and the County of Berks, the County of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration. Firms will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Lobbying, Debarment and Contractor Integrity laws and regulations. SCTA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise participation. DBE s shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any, and all SOQs, in whole or in part, or to waive any and all informalities, as it deems to be in its best interest.
