Demolition and site work for a residential development in Pound, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of December 21,2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Bid to include removal of the septic holding tank, old tires and fuel oil tank or sand point if discovered. The contents of the building and yard are considered abandoned by owner under State Statute 66.0413 and such removal will be part of this bid as designated by Town Building Inspector. All demo debris and yard trash shall be removed from site to an approve disposal site. Concrete can be buried on site but needs to be covered by 4 feet of soil. When completed the site shall be to grade with soil that will allow for natural vegetation to re-establish. Demo to be completed within 30 days of notice to successful bidder. Contractor to have insurance to protect those performing work from claims and damages during demolition and agrees to comply with Wisconsin State Statutes and DNR requirements that apply to demolition projects.
