Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 62,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
This project was given the notice to proceed on January 7th 2025. Additional information on the awarded bidder is not yet available. The scope comprises renovation of Lab 222 and Room 222A of Barnes Hall for use as a neuroscience laboratory. Provide removal of existing casework, plumbing fixtures in casework, power and data outlets in casework, flooring, ceiling, variable air volume box and associated ductwork. Provide new casework, plumbing fixtures in casework, natural gas outlets and piping, benchtop vacuum pumps, power and data outlets in casework, power for new equipment, flooring, new ceiling, HVAC unit, exhaust fan, ductwork, HVAC controls for new equipment, and painting of the rooms.
