As of June 14, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Removals: 1. Removal existing wall grills serving GYM/Auditorium. 2. Removal existing convector covers serving basement, 1st floor, & 2nd floor. 3. Removal existing grille and associated ductwork up to corridor and cap at 1st floor, & 2nd floor. New Work: 1. Provide new grilles for radiation at GYM/Auditorium. 2. Reinstall existing convector covers. Scrape, prime and paint exist cover to match new room finish. Provide new custom 14 gage convector covers, field measured exact cover dimension and provide cover installation. Provide vacuum cleaning of existing heating element. 3. Provide thirteen (13) split AC system complete with controls, refrigerant piping, insulation, support for each of the following rooms: 120D guidance conf rm, 118 resource rm, 112 resource rm, 107 telecom room, 105A warming pantry, 105B food STG, 218 staff lunch/conf, 212 resource rm, 214 resource rm, 205A warming pantry, 205B food STG, 203A MED office, & 201 supv office. 4. Provide roof top exhausters for locker room, refuse room warming pantry, & toilet exhaust. The units shall be complete with starters and time clocks, registers/grilles, ductwork, curbs, access doors. Provide all required control wiring and conduit. 5. Provide standalone controls including, electronic thermostat, all required control wiring and conduit for each new HVAC system. 6.
