Site work for a mixed-use development in New Lexington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and playground / park / athletic field.

As of November 29,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project C - Jim Rockwell Football Stadium Synthetic Turf Replacement Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty andContract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 ofthe Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bondform shall be issued by a Surety Company licensed inOhio to provide said surety. Projects A and B are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. The football turf replacementis not subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. These projectsare tax exempt. Each proposal must contain the full name of the partysubmitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the rightis reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 30days after date of opening and/or to award at any timeduring the period. The Owner reserves the right to rejectany and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit anyitem or items and/or to award to the lowest and mostresponsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reservesthe right to waive any informalities or irregularities inthe Bid received.
