Bid Valid 90 Days Liquidated Damages $500.00/day Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 11/22/2022 2:00 PM (PDT) The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of but is not limited to: Improvements to the existing traffic roundabout at the intersection East Palmdale Blvd. and 47th St. East include a new cultured stone veneer wall, new cobble and gravel surfacing, boulders, arid planting, and installation of additional Joshua trees. Other Details This project requires a double permit be pulled by the awarded contractor. Contractor will pull a "no fee" permit from the City of Palmdale, as well as an encroachment permit from Caltrans. Inspections will be required from both agencies.
