The El Camino Community College District (District), acting by and through its Board of Trustees, will receive up to, but not later than the above-stated date and time, sealed Bid Proposals for the Contract for the Work generally described as: 1. Submittal of Bid Proposals. Registration on PlanetBids is required. Pre-Bid Inquiries: 11/17/2022 at 2:PM PDT. Release of Addendum: 11/23/2022 at 4:00 PM PDT. The Bid Proposal forms shall not be modified or altered by the bidder and is subject to disqualification by the District. 2. Waiver of Irregularities: The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding. 3.
