The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to Purchase equipment and consumables to provide for the repair / reconstruction of existing service lateral or sanitary sewer main lines without excavation or bypass pumping. This may be accomplished by the installation of a resin impregnated flexible fiberglass mat that is positioned in the existing service lateral or sewer main at the defect to be repaired. Curing of the resin will be by ambient temperature and be unaffected by submersion in normal wastewater conditions. The fiberglass repair shall be impermeable, continuous, tight-fitting, and corrosion resistant.
