Replace door hardware as required to meet Senate Bill 1 and ADA requirements in Estill County Middle School and South Irvine Early Childhood Center. It is the Owner's intent to purchase significant quantities of materials through direct purchase orders. After review of bids, the Owner will issue purchase orders for major material items.
