The work includes the renovation of a select portion of the first floor to transform the space into a new court room, conference room, kitchenette, storage room, vestibule, and updated finishes. This is a base scope contract with alternative options, as identified on the Construction Documents. General Requirements - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Samples Required - Warranty Information Required Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Acceptance Deadline 12/06/2022 07:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Questions will be accepted via email to Erika Rasmussen, Design Engineer, ERasmussen@TownofMead.org Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances; provide all construction equipment and tools; and perform all necessary labor and supervision. C. Perform existing material removal, salvage, recycling and/or diversion activities, clean up, site backfill, grading, and fine grading. D. Coordinate the progress of the Work including coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, public utilities and Owner to ensure the progress of Work.
