The City of Joliet, Illinois is accepting proposals for the Development Opportunity of 1 E. Cass St., Joliet, IL 60432, referred to as the Loughran Building. Questions received about this opportunity will be answered as an addendum and sent directly to the proposer. The potential vendor/contractor remains responsible for obtaining all addenda to the original proposal. Respondents should check the specific page for this RFP before submitting a proposal to make sure they have received all addendums to this specific contract. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals and restart or modify the opportunity. Modifications of the opportunity will be included in the original proposal and marked as an addendum.
