Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Freeport, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

For all supervision, materials, labor and equipment necessary to rehabilitate the exterior of the Service Center Warehouse. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. The City of Freeport reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting timely bids. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The City of Freeport will, in its sole discretion, determine the number of contracts awarded, and may decide not to award any contracts. Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date they are opened. The City of Freeport is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
