Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of January 9, 2023, project was awarded to Prospect Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $3,274,146.17. This project scope of work requires no action by the Owner other than a response to the Contractor requesting the clarification. Contract exceptions or requests to clarify possible ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete statements or designs, or any other such clarification which modifies, changes, increases, or decreases the Scope of Work, requires issuance of an addendum by the Owner for the interpretation to become effective and shall be submitted in writing no later than the date listed in the Advertisement for Bids.
