Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Emile-Legault building of the Saint-Laurent Vocational Training Centre. The scope of the project includes the repairs of the water tower, secondary electrical distribution and interior lighting networks, upgrades to the ventilation system, flooring of sports premises hall, fire alarm system, renovations of plumbing network, electrical room doors replacement, replacement of interior finish (sports block corridor floor). TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a civil and structural engineering professional consultant to complete the project design and construction work monitoring following request for proposals # 22-128. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in spring 2023. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
