The Work consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 32,300 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, 18-inch, and 24-inch sanitary sewer main as well as the replacement of approximately 2,000 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer with new 8-inch sewer main and approximately 40 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer with new 24-inch sewer main. Also included is the rehabilitation of approximately 1,100 vertical feet of existing sanitary manholes, the replacement of seven sanitary sewer manholes totaling 73 vertical feet, the installation of five new sanitary sewer manholes totaling 44 vertical feet, the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 435 sanitary sewer laterals, and all associated pavement restoration, erosion control, maintenance of traffic measures, and appurtenances. The project is located in the Chamberlayne area of Henrico County along the following streets: Upham Drive, Eisenhower Drive, Keeton Road, Amalfi Drive, Amalfi Court, East Rois Road, West Rois Road, Antionette Drive, Oster Drive, Capistrano Drive, Tamarind Drive, Tamarind Place, Tamarind Court, St. Lo Drive, Norman Drive, Luray Drive, Damascus Drive, Kahlua Drive, Bonneau Road, Old Sellers Way, Wilkinson Road, North Wilkinson Road, North Wilkinson Court, Diane Lane, Chamberlayne Road, Danray Drive, Brookfield Road, and Old Orchard Road. sliquidated damages but not as a penalty, that the CONTRACTOR together with the CONTRACTORs surety shall pay the OWNER $500.00 for each calendar day
