In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Water Plant Superintendent, this will be made available to all parties desiring to submit a proposal. Each proposal shall be completed in accordance with the Request for Proposals. Each Proposer, by making a proposal to furnish the aforementioned item(s), signifies their intention and good faith to enter into contract with the City of Waukegan should they be awarded the bid. By the order of the Council of the City of Waukegan. Any questions regarding the actual proposal should be directed to the Director of Water Utilities Antonio Dominguez (847) 599-2687. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the proposal which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City of Waukegan.
