It's not a construction project but a service maintenance and intended for guardrail maintenance. Installing, repairing and maintaining city owned guardrail throughout the city The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, permits and insurance necessary to perform the work described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall perform such work in accordance with all drawings and/or the specifications included in Exhibit "A". The Contractor shall inspect the project and be aware of the existing conditions and the extent of the work to be performed. The project is installing, repairing and maintaining City owned guardrail throughout the City. Deadline to Submit Questions Wednesday, November 16, 2022 @ 12:00 PM Construction Start December 12, 2022 The Bidder shall provide applicable ABI Affidavits, as described in the project manual on page 1 Asheville Business Inclusion (ABI Goals), with their bid in order to be deemed responsive, failure to do so will result in the Bidders bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified All questions concerning this Advertisement for Bids should be submitted via email to: Project Manager Name cwatson@ashevillenc.gov Questions pertaining to the bid will be answered in the form of a written addenda posted no later than seven (7) days before the opening of bids.
