As of December 5, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 18, 2023. Furnish all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence and labor for the installation/construction of approximatly 3000 LF of 8" C900 DR-18 Water Line to tie into the City of Tomball's existing 8" water main. The water line will be placed mostly in an existing 10-FT utility easement and the remainder in the City of League City ROW. The water line will cross two drainage channels. One Channel owned by the City of Tomball, the other by Harris County Flood Control District. Both channels will require a HDD bore as deteiled in plans. Pipe for bore will be 10" HDPE DR9 Poly. The water line will also have a bore and casing with 12" Sch 40 Steel casing as shown on plans. Lastly, will cross multiple drives of different material, fences, many different utility lines including gas, fiber, electrical. It is highly recommended all bidders visit the site with a set of the construction plans to familiarize themselves with the project. Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid must accompany the BID. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
