Work includes: demolition, cast in place concrete, masonry, architectural millwork/casework-supply & solid surface-supply & installation, millwork/doors/hardware installation, doors & hardware-supply, drywall & accoustical, flooring & wall tile, painting, specialties supply, specialities installation, ppe gear lockers, ppe dryer cabinet, residential appliances, vehicle exhaust venitlation, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, hvac, electrical/communications/fire alarm, fire station call dispatch alerting system, site paving. All sealed bids will be publicly opened, recorded, and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after the official stated time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted. No bids may be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the time of the opening of the bids.
