VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide grounds maintenance on an as-needed basis for eight (8) park & ride commuter lots within the Fredericksburg District. Services shall include all labor, equipment, materials and all incidentals to perform grass mowing, litter pickup, edging, pruning/tree trimming, weed removal (by hand or mechanical means) and weed control (herbicide application). Park and Ride Commuter lots are located in Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties. Work Location:Park and Ride Commuter lots located in Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties. Period of Contract: From date of award through one (1) year. (Renewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Kristy Jeter at Kristy.Jeter@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on February 22, 2023.
