The Simpson County Board of Education will receive sealed bids for the Bid Package listed for the Simpson County Auditorium/Alternative School. Alliance Corporation is the Construction Manager for this project, acting as an agent for the Owner and acting on the Owner's behalf in soliciting your proposal. Each successful Bidder shall execute a Contract directly with the Owner, not the Construction Manager. Y20057, 22-0111A, XFST21 Bidders must request the bid forms for each bid package for the Simpson County Auditorium. The following Bids are requested: Bid Package 030 Bid Package 040 Concrete & General Trades Masonry Bid Package 075 Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing, Flashing & Trim Bid Package 084 Aluminum Framed Entrances and Storefront Bid Package 092 Gypsum Board Assemblies and Acoustical Ceilings Bid Package 099 Painting and Joints Bid Package 126 Auditorium Seating Bid Package 210 Fire Protection Bid Package 220 Mechanical Bid Package 260 Electrical There are major material items within the various Bid Packages, which will be bid through the respective Contractor but purchased directly by the Owner. Interested material suppliers should contact the Construction Manager (Alliance Corporation) for the names of contractors w3ho have expressed an interest in the Bid Packages involved.
