Owner seeks Construction Manager-at-Risk Services for FDPC-210064, Replace UPS Systems - Guhn Road Data Center, which is generally described in this Project Description. Respondents to this RFQ will be expected to interface with and provide support to Owner and Owner's Project Architect/Engineer ("Project A/E"). The Data Center UPS infrastructure needs replacement due to lifecycle and business operation demand on the server load. The project scope requires the AE to conduct an assessment for expansion, and for the CMR to complete the upgrades by the end of 2023. The work will include adding power and HVAC cooling, while providing upgrades to the building's utility infrastructure through equipment replacement or upgrades, and any other items necessary to support its anticipated growth for the next 10+ years.
