EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of BGIS, is inviting Proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the PDP3 AWR project. The project is located at 11 Rue Laurier St, Gatineau, Quebec J8X 4A6. The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and installation of earthwork, exterior improvements and utilities including but not limited to new storm drainage, new grading, new landscaping and new concrete sidewalks.
