Question Submission Close Date 12/14/2022 3:00 PM MST The purpose of this master plan is to assess current utilization of all state postsecondary education spaces, classrooms and non-classrooms, and create space standards/ formulas to apply to all state institutions of higher education. The space standards will be utilized to justify state-funded higher education space requests, based on four primary factors: i.) annual state population growth, ii.) annual student enrollment, growth, and demographics, iii.) substantiated community need of industry growth areas in the state (i.e. nursing, engineering, etc.), and iv.) remote attendance / remote work. As a primarily quantitative analysis, the space standards will also be based on references such as national standards, benchmarked trends, and the primary mission of each higher education institution. Construction Budget: This is a planning engagement. No construction budgets are assigned with these services. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.
