The City of Elgin invites proposals from qualied from qualied engineers to provide construction management for the Cornerstone Park playground replacement project that will be funded through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) The December 10, 2022 Contract Award is incorrect. It should be December 21, 2022. a.All work hereunder shall be performed under the direction of the Parks and Recreation Director of the CITY, herein after referred to as the PROJECT MANAGER. b. The Scope of Services for this PROJECT shall include providing professional construction management services for all aspects of the Cornerstone Park Construction. The scope of services includes providing park design services, construction document development, bidding administration and construction observation for park projects in 2022 2023, as required by RFP number 22059. c. A detailed Scope of Services for the PROJECT is attached hereto as Attachment A, and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
