Site work for a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Regent Water Main Replacement, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. The project consists of installing approximately 8,354' of 8" DIP and 147 service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as show on the plans are also included. All Bids shall include the Bid Submittal Documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as 130052-19, Regent Water Main Replacement and must have full name and address of the bidder on the envelope. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. Bidders shall submit written questions to the Owner in sufficient time in advance of the Bid opening to allow sufficient time for the Owner and/or Design Professional to respond. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by the Owner at least seven (7) days priorto the date of the opening of Bids. All Addenda will be issued, except as hereafter provided, and e-mailed or otherwise furnished to potential bidders present at the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for the project, at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the published time for the opening of Bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. If any Addendum is issued within such seventy-two (72) hour period, then the time for opening of Bids shall be extended one (1) week with no further advertising of Bids required. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE - $ 3,109,500.00
