Project Start Date:11/04/2022 Project End Date:11/16/2022 For this contract, the contractor shall possess Classification "B" General Building License at the time the contract is awarded. Work area consists of approx. 2,384 Sq of existing interior office space. Renovation shall include tenant improvements to (2) existing offices spaces and the new construction of (1) interior office and (1) conference room. Installation shall include demo of existing building components, the installation of new electrical wiring and lighting, minor relocation of existing HVAC climate controls, ducting and registers, framing of new interior walls, corridor. acoustic ceiling, installation of new door assemblies, new painting, flooring, baseboards, and hardware to match existing interior finishes. Minor modifications to existing (ADA) accessibility path, installation of required emergency lighting and exiting signage.
