Notice is hereby given that the Glen Ellyn Park District, (GEPD) Glen Ellyn, Illinois will be accepting proposals for providing: Professional Services for a Downtown Event Area and Open-Space Park. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope addressed with the name of the Consultant's name, address, and project name. All questions shall be submitted in writing. Questions may be directed via email to Nathan Troia ntroia@gepark.org. All contracts for work herein are subject to all District rules and regulations. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm, or in any way restrain, or restrict competition. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities or technicalities in any proposal, and accept the proposal which it deems to be in the best interests of the District.
