The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to be readily available to provide service and repair work for "A" and "B" class HVAC services at City Facilities. Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt. All questions or comments must be submitted in writing, preferably by email.
