Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the above referenced project. Payson Hall is a two-story, 34,480 GSF building constructed in 1968 and is the largest classroom building on campus. The project will modernize the building to accommodate improved classroom teaching space and provide a permanent location for the College's Business Department. The Project will provide a complete interior renovation of the building including all interior finishes, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as construction of a new elevator and shaft. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials.
