Renovation of a conference / convention center in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The Milwaukee County Zoo is currently looking for an electrical contractor to demolish and re-install new panel boards and breakers with-in our Zoofari Conference center. The work required is listed as follows and shall be completed in its entirety to the acceptance of the AHJ over-seeing project completion for the Zoo. o All equipment specked for this job will be Square D- abbreviated as (SQD) in following o Remove and replace panels MB-1, MB-2 and splice box MDP-1-3 and MDP-1-3 o Replacement Equipment 1(one) SQD "I-Line" panel A and B and 2 (two) SQD NQ panels o Raceways will be of EMT, and couplings and connectors made with set-screw type fittings o All conductors with-in the installation should be of a THHN insulation o All pricing should include base price/ with a breakout price for generator back-up for continuous power needs if determined by AHJ for the Milwaukee County Zoo o Existing electrical to be reused is assumed to be acceptable---not part of the scope of the bid o Contractor to supply all necessary permitting and inspections o Pricing will be based off work completed before 6/1/23 o All work to be performed on a 1st shift bases
