Sealed Bid For: ITB 23-203 - 2023 Spring-Fall Tree Planting INSTRUCTIONS: All price bids must be entered on the attached Schedule A. Bids may be entered electronically in the excel version of the Schedule A. Simply enter the PRICE PER UNIT and the Excel sheet will calculate the TOTAL EXTENDED AMOUNT. The signed Schedule A shall be returned to either the Email or physical address listed below. The right is reserved to accept bids on each item separately or as a whole. IDL reserves the right to award on an all or nothing basis or to accept any portion of a bid or to award multiple contracts if in the best interest of the State. Idaho Department of Lands shall award to the qualified respondent(s) submitting the lowest responsive bid. In the case of math errors, the PRICE PER UNIT will be correctly extended and the corrected TOTAL EXTENDED AMOUNT will be the basis for award.
