Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Nipissing, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded. To remove, salvage and transport an existing tower complete with all appurtenances including the demolition and disposal of the existing concrete pier foundation. Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada's (DFO) Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) sector requires services related to the removal, salvaging and transporting an existing tower complete with all appurtenances including the demolition and disposal of the existing concrete pier foundation. Fisheries and Oceans Canada is seeking a contractor to remove a small tower and pier located at the entrance of the Restoule River, Restoule Ontario. Also the contractor is to include all provisions of labour, materials, and equipment required, complete with all appurtenances, including: - Mobilize to site with a work barge/vessel of appropriate size and certification; - Remove, salvage and transport existing tower complete with all appurtenances; - Demolition and disposal of existing concrete pier foundation; - Demobilize.
