Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Mamaroneck, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The proposal shall include all tools, skilled labor, transportation, and ancillary items to re-paint the Continental Manor Foot Bridge. Re-painting job may include prep work (removal of existing mold and mildew to ensure sound surface for stain application) and set up/clean up (barricade to retain any loose paint chips from falling into water). Service charges will not be allowed. The Town of Rye requests pricing/proposals for Painting work to be done for the exterior of the Foot Bridge Located at the end of Shore Acres Drive in Rye Neck - Commonly known as the "Continental Manor Foot Bridge."
