Consists of complete paint removal, encapsulation, enclosure, and/or whole component removal of lead-based paint hazards as identified in the lead based-paint inspection report and other incidental work as may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as outlined or implied in the Design Specifications. The Finance Committee reserves the right to accept any Proposal or reject any or all Proposals if it is deemed to be in the public interest to do so.
