Upgrades to the school: exterior and interior renovations, replacement of three natural gas or electrical boilers, electrical distribution work for boilers and a secondary distribution; replacement of water tower by roof dry cooler; replacement of dehumidifiers by a gas steam system; replacement of three centers of motor controls. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package relating to the electrical work has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Replacement of CCMs and Electrical Input - Ecole Des Sources. Construction is underway. Subsequent sub trade package tenders will be followed in new separate reports if/when they are issued.
