Renovation of an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this RFP package includes replacing the existing pneumatic controls on the VAV boxes, terminal reheat units, radiant cabinets, entrance force flows, unit heaters and convectors in the NAIT V-Building with electronic controls connecting to the NAIT BMCS system. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Remove and dispose of the existing terminal boxes Supply and install new Direct Digital Controls (DDC), isolation valves and thermostats if required Supply and install new thermostat guard if required Remove and salvage for reinstallation or supply/install new ceiling panels and grid if required Patch and paint drywall bulkhead if required Majority of the work to be done after hours and weekends to prevent disruption to students and staff Documents can be obtained from https://nait.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/59579 Proponent Questions as of November 18, 2022.
