Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; residential development; and residential development.
The University of Kentucky desires the services of an experienced and highly qualified demolition contractor to demolish 29 residential properties that the University has purchased. The properties are single family homes, duplexes, and or six-plexes. Most of the properties have recently been used as rental student housing. These properties are primarily located in Lexington, KY, in an area bordered by S. Limestone St., Elizabeth St., Conn Terrace, and Waller Ave. Refer to Attachment A.
