Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and 10,640-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
The RM of Brokenhead is seeking services for the design, supply, and construction of a cold storage building, including all wiring and door installation and any other requirements for construction. Excavation of Site - Will be completed by RM public works Supply and installation of all granular material - Will be completed by RM Public works Supply and installation of all material required for the construction of the building Supply and installation of all required electrical services required. Electrical service and meter to be supplied. The successful contractor is entrusted to act as the general contractor and will oversee all construction related aspects of the project. The successful contractor will be responsible for preparing final design drawings and obtaining necessary approvals for construction. All required permits are to be furnished to the municipality.
