Tradesanticipated include drywall, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, andfinishes.Contractor must coordinate its work with ongoing day-to-day operations of anactiveofficebuilding. The 7-story Building Has an Existing Water-cooled System Dedicated to the Server and Ups Rooms on the Third Floor. Mechanical Scope is to Provide an Air-cooled Mechanical System for Redundancy to These Spaces. Existing Systems Are to Remain. A 10-ton Split-system Shall Be Provided for Redundancy to The Server Room and a 2.5-ton Split-system Shall Be Provided for Redundancyto the Ups Room. One (1) Condensing Unit Will Be Located on the Roof and One (1) Condensing Unit Will Be Mounted in the Plenum. The Fire Protection Scope is to Install Two (2) Clean Agent Total Flood Fire Suppression Systems to Provide Independent Protection for the Serverand Ups Rooms. The Fire Suppression System Shall Send Automatic Signals to the Building Fire Alarm System. Exiting Systems Are to Remain.
