Renovation of a residential development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Seattle Housing Authority (Sha), in Collaboration With the Seattle Office of Housing Program, is Undertaking an Ener-gy and Home Health Upgrade Proj-ect in the High Point Neighbor-hood. High Point Phase 1 is a Low-rise Residential Community With 344 ].ow-income Rental Dwelling Units. High Point Block a Replace 45 Integrated Boilers, Exhaust, Vent-ing, Bypass Valves, and Perform a 2-step System Flush. For High Point Block C - Replace Bypass Valves and Per-form a 2-step System Flush. Location: Various Units Within the Community. Technical questions regarding this project must, be received in writing no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on November 18, 2022 and addressed to purchasing@seattlehousing.org Bid Guaranty: Each Hid Must Be Accompanied by a Sure-ty Company Hid Bond, or a Certi-fied or Cashier's Check Payable to the Order of the Seattle Housing Authority for a Sum Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount, of the Bid. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within 60 Days After the Required Bid Submission Date.
