Marion Public Services Building - Concrete and General Trades Packages ReBid The project is a new 142,000 square foot public services facility comprised of large vehicle parking, vehicle repair, fabrication shop, materials storage within a high-bay structure, and an office wing that includes private offices, open office areas, locker rooms, a training room, and a hardened break room that meets storm shelter requirements of an ICC 500. The building structure has two parts: a pre-engineered metal building frame clad in precast panels for the high-bay vehicular area and a precast and masonry structure for the office area and storm shelter.
