The project aims to construct portions of the middle-mile broadband network within State Right of Way. A more detailed description of the Project is contained in Appendix A. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2022 US dollars) is $88.86 million for construction capital and $4.8 million for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). One copy of each completed Disclosure of Potential Conflict of Interest Certification (Appendix D), one (1) copy of each completed Prequalification Questionnaire (Appendix E), and one (1) copy of Preconstruction Services Cost Proposal are to be provided in separate sealed packages and delivered with the original SOQ to the address above.
