The Board of County Commissioners is seeking written proposals from plan reviewer to perform the following scope of work related to plan review. The plan reviewer shall issue a formal written document, detailing all code deficient items for each set of plans reviewed and submit plan review comments to Nassau County. Nassau County will forward to the contractor of record for correction. Upon plan approval, the Plan Reviewer shall approve and stamp plans "Reviewed for Code Compliance" and submit to Nassau County. The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive formalities in any bid/proposal; reject any or all bids/proposals in whole or in part, with or without cause; and to accept the bid/proposal that in its best judgment will be for the best interest of Nassau County, Florida. Note: all prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the nassau county board of county commissioners staff or officials other than the specified contact person.
